Matt catered my sons First Communion this past Saturday. I was overwhelmed and knew that I couldn’t pull off making all of the food myself. I contacted him about a week before the party and he was able to accommodate me. We ordered a mixed hoagie tray- roast beef, turkey, Italian and buffalo chicken hoagies. The meats, cheese, roles etc were so fresh. The buffalo chicken hoagies flew off the tray before I had a chance to even try. It looked like we had too much food at first but all of the hoagies were eaten. The fruit tray was so creative- half a pineapple filled with fruit (cantaloupe, blueberries etc) and a half a cantaloupe was also filled (grapes, strawberries etc)- it looked so pretty. The cheese tray was really good too and offered a variety of cheeses, crackers and toasted French bread. Prices were great and Matt was so nice! We will definitely be calling Matt again and we highly recommend him! I’m looking forward to trying other yummy things from his menu.
